About this painting
This is a portrait of a very special, hairless guinea pig named Ludwik. While I’m deeply drawn to beautiful, exotic animals, I also love honoring creatures who don’t fit the standard mold of “beauty” in our culture. This small guinea pig had lots of personality and was painted three times his actual size.
