I welcome commissions of all animals...
Sending photos
The best place to begin the portrait process is to send me photos. Clearly-focused, well-lit photos
are the key to a strong portrait. A photo session with your pet specifically for his or her portrait is highly suggested if at all possbile.
Click here for a list of photo tips (the list can
also be used as a guide to help sort through photos you already have.) I am also happy to travel to where you are and take photos for you.
Have some photos in mind already? Please send them along via
email or
snail mail and I will be happy to take a look.
Waiting list
As of April 2008, the waiting list is approximately 4 months. Because the turnaround time fluctuates,
especially during the busy holiday season,
the more lead time you can provide me, the better the chance
I will be able to accomodate your portrait.
A signed commission agreement will be sent to you as soon as photos and portait size are decided upon.
This signed agreement and a 50% deposit will hold your spot on the list.
Pricing
The price of your portrait is determined by the size of the canvas and how much of your pet is depicted.
Large-scale canvases, multi-pet portraits, detailed backgrounds and full-body portraits can all be accomodated.
To request a complete price list, please click here.
10% of each commission I receive directly benefits local LA shelter dogs waiting for loving homes.
Feel free to email me directly with any questions. I do my best to respond
to all inquiries within 72 hours.
